On August 28, 2021, with the last ladle of molten iron pouring finished, the foundry base of Dalian Lvsang Industry Corporation Ltd. officially started the transformation of coal to electricity melting system and removed the cupola furnace. In the autumn of October, we will entirely realize the electric furnace for melting which marks a solid step forward for Lvsang to realize green manufacturing. And after this transformation, the main air pollutants in the foundry base will achieve zero emissions.

As an enterprise with high sense of responsibility, Lvsang obtained the title of “National High and New Technology Enterprise" in 2016. We continue to increase special investment in independent innovation and upgrading of environmental protection equipment. At the same time, we have long focused on energy conservation and emission reduction, and developed a number of environmental improvement utility model patents. We add pressure on the basis of standard discharge, take the initiative, do back scheduling and conduct step by step base on the plan, the whole company coordinated comprehensively, and through more than half a year of production adjustment, inventory and project decomposition work, the cupola furnace demolition preparation was completed in advance.

Although the cost is greatly increased after transformation, but it is worthwhile to take the initiative to contribute to the country's  strategic  goals of “ Carbon Peak and Neutrality“.  We must further upgrade our products, improve the level of technology and management,  and improve efficiency and quality in all aspects, to achieve the goal of first-class domestic and internationally renowned enterprise.

With the last pack of molten iron poured out, the cupola furnace  accomplish its historic mission.
