With the development of Dalian Lvsang Industry Corporation Ltd., the machine shop has gradually developed into a comprehensive production base for integrating machining, tooling, process monitoring and assembly cleaning.
The machine shop occupies a total area of about 15,000 square meters and has more than 190 employees. The factory now has more than 30 technical personnel and quality control personnel, and engineers for more than 28 titles. It consists of offices, technical departments, quality departments, equipment departments and seven front-line production teams. It provides strong professional technical support for product production, process, tooling, mould, quality supervision, professional testing and etc., and also provides customers with comprehensive production solutions.
The machine shop has 180 production facilities. It has OKUMA vertical and horizontal machining center, HISION full-featured CNC lathe, Taiwan Goodway CNC vertical lathe and other advanced equipment. Machined products cover more than 3,000 kinds of auto parts, motor parts, pump parts, valve parts, compressor parts, machine parts, and inspection tools. In addition to the processing of various cast iron products of the company, the machine shop can also provide product processing solutions for copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, cast steel and other materials. The machine shop could realize milling, drilling, grinding, boring, slotting, planing and etc. The precision of the products can reach within 0.01mm.
The machine shop of Dalian Lvsang now has advanced detection equipments such as two sets CMM, profilometer, verticality detector and 3D optical scanner. In order to meet the testing need of high-precision products, the factory generally uses the world's top quality inspection tools such as Japan's Mitutoyo and Germany's Marr which provides reliable product monitoring and measurement assurance for the entire production process.
Workholding Fixture Design Scheme Introduction Lvsang machining shop are capable of developing workholding fixture, combined design, engineering, and we have manufactured nearly 10,000 manual and pneumatic fixtures.
The fixture of the vertical machining center is clamped pneumatically, which can realize the clamping and processing of multiple products at the same time and shorten the manual clamping time.
Use ordinary vertical drilling fixture to machine the motor housing which requires position tolerance 0.5mm for each 4 thread holes on two sides. The product is clamped one-time, positioning and reciprocating movement back and forth, flipped and drilled. Adopt pneumatic method to achieve accurate positioning and saving effort in clamping.
Full-skilled CNC lathe fixture is applicable for positioning on casted surfaces, the couplings are split and machined after one clamping, which can ensure that the center distance deviation within 0.1mm.
