The Equipment and power department is the comprehensive management department of power energy, equipment facilities and cleaner production of the company. It is composed of a team of experienced engineers and technicians with exquisite business. It has established a set of perfect infrastructure management procedures and systems to guide each branch and department to use and maintain facilities reasonably and correctly. It also provide strong guarantee for the company's production and operation.
The Equipment and power department is specifically responsible for the macro management company's production equipment and power facilities, the establishment of technical files, the formulation of management requirements, operating rules and maintenance standards, the supervision and guidance of the use of the branch plant, the provision of technical support and services for the branch plant, and the formulation and implementation of the annual overhaul plan for the company's equipment/facilities. It takes the responsibility of upgrading or renovating production equipment/facilities according to production demand, plan and organize implementation, organizing cleaner production, energy saving and emission reduction in all branches and departments of the company, maintaining the normal operation of the company's environmental management system, and ensuring that the company's environmental indicators meet the emission standards.
Mechanical engineer and electrical engineer of equipment and power department have strong design ability. They can not only assist each branch to analyze and deal with various equipment problems, plan and design various technical renovation schemes, but also independently develop special equipment. With the cooperation of two grass-roots teams, the equipment and power department has a certain capacity of machine-building. The automatic hot box core shooter, FD4 molding machine, water curtain spraying room, cantilever suspension and other equipments used in the factory are all made by the equipment and power department.
The Equipment and power department has equipped 10 KV standard substation with a total capacity of 4815 KVA, and equipped with professional electrical engineers for daily operation and maintenance of the substation. Three 28 m³/min Ingersoll air compressors are equipped to provide power resources for the company's production equipments.
Under the guidance and support of the company, the Equipment and Power Department has done a lot of transformation work in environmental improvement. It has passed the cleaner production audit and environmental management system certification successively, and has invested 20 million RMB in the transformation and introduction of environmental protection equipments. The implementation of a series of measures, such as the establishment of sewage treatment stations, the interconnection of heating systems, the upgrading and transformation of dust removal equipment, the installation of sound insulation walls and the construction of raw material storehouses, ensures that the company's wastewater, waste gas and factory boundary noise all meet the national first-class regional discharge standards, and that the general solid waste and hazardous waste are all treated in accordance with the regulations. We will continue to implement and carry forward the development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets." We will actively do a good job in environmental protection and actually do a good job in energy saving and emission reduction.
