Lvsang’s security department is mainly manages involving personnel service, vehicle management, security staff, and all staff’s logistical matters such as health, diet and dormitory and so on, to provide a strong guarantee for production and work.

The security department general manages the construction of the company's skill team and encourages workers to be multi-skilled and specialize in his own special field. All over 400 employees in company are well educated and trained, around 70 of them have received higher education, and with 10 people have studied abroad or received overseas training. Lvsang always taking talent resources as the most important strategic resources, adhere to the scientific concept of development and talents , to vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening enterprises with talents, constantly innovate the working mechanism of talents, actively explore the talent team construction method to meet company’s development needs, to promote the continuous development of talents, and select and train more excellent personnel; Always adhere to the joint development of individuals and enterprises, joint construction and sharing of happiness enterprise.

The security department coordinated with the management department to provide all kinds of welfare security for the employees, involving to pay endowment insurance, maternity insurance, medical Insurance, employment injury insurance, and unemployment insurance, incorporated with housing fund pay; To assist workers for those meet the requirements for household registration to deal with the household registration procedures, assist to deal with workers’ school-age children enrollment procedures, etc., to solve their worries.

The security department cooperated with the company's labor union and youth league committee to organize various recreational and sports activities. Now, company has badminton courts, billiard rooms, table tennis rooms and other recreational and sports facilities, which enriched the leisure cultural life of employees. In summer, a variety of summer cooling drinks will be provided, reimburse the expenses of workers go-return to their home in Spring Festival; Provide spacious and bright dormitories and fitness places for non-local employees for free; Company has its own canteen with big varieties of foods, and meal allowance for working days is provided; The bath is open 24 hours a day, and also provide a series of services such as free haircuts, for the purpose to constantly improving the working and living environment, their working and living quality.
